Chris R. Baniszewski
Chris Baniszewski's' practice focuses in the area of
construction law. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, and

Administration at the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State
University. He is a long-time member and past chair (2011-2012) of the
Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
Chris also practices in the areas of labor and employment,
complex commercial litigation and personal injury. In labor and employment,
Chris advises the firm's business clients regarding breach of employment
contracts, wrongful termination and employment discrimination.

Chris earned his J.D., cum laude, from Arizona State
University College of Law. He served on the law review, and his article,

Chris earned his undergraduate degree, magna cum
laude, in Political Science from Northern Arizona University in 1991. Chris
played football for NAU and received a number of awards and honors for his
athletic and academic achievements, including NAU Student Athlete of the Year
(1989-1990); GTE Academic All-America First Team Selection (1989); and College of
Social and Behavioral Sciences Academic Achievement Award (1989 and 1990).
Prior to joining Warner Angle, Chris clerked for the
Honorable Thomas C. Kleinschmidt at the Arizona Court of Appeals. Chris enjoys
playing golf and spending time with his wife and their two children.
