Andrea Simbro's civil litigation practice includes disputes
related to elder law.
Andrea offers experience representing individuals and
businesses across a variety of industries in litigating contract, fraud,
negligence, and conversion claims.
Her elder law practice focuses on contested
trust and estate matters, guardianships and conservatorships, and probate
Andrea is a proud double Wildcat, graduating from the
University of Arizona with a J.D., summa cum laude, and Bachelor of Science
degree, summa cum laude, in Business Administration. She served on the Arizona
Law Review, which published her student note entitled "The Sky’s the Limit: A
Modern Approach to Airport Security" (56 ARIZ. L. REV. 559) in its Summer 2014
issue. During law school, Andrea served as a legal extern for U.S. Senator Jon
Kyl on the Senate Judiciary Committee and as a judicial extern to the Honorable
David C. Bury for the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.
Andrea is a native Arizonan and a member of the Junior
